THe answer is no. There is no way to remove your accomplishments and history from your account.

Nope. Even banned accounts are only "locked" - access is denied, but the data is still there.

well uhm Anet did Delete completely one account of mine, could guess everything else would go with it ? ^^

Technically, anything is possible. The limits are based on what the game provider is willing to do, not what is fully technically possible. In Arena Net's case, this is impossible due to technical difficulties aka (lazyness and lack of $$ for motivation) and therefore will not get done. Oh, and it might also cause fragmentation of data if this did this for a lot of people. Remember kids, a database is a database. Anything can be entered, deleted, created and modified.

Answer is no, though, sorry.

You can always give away all your items, gold and materials, then start a new character. That's the closest you can come to the new account experience without buying a new account.
